Redeam Adds Three New Powerhouse Hires to Sales and Biz Dev Team

Leading tourism SaaS technology company staffs-up new expansion locations; hires industry veterans to serve prospects and industry partners

Boulder, CO (May 29, 2019) – Redeam, the tourism industry’s leading agnostic technology solution enabling wide-scale API connectivity, paperless ticket redemption and reconciliation, and automated reseller management, today announced the hiring of three new experienced business development and sales directors: Martin Harlow, Director, Partner and Business Development; Alistair Blackman, Director of Operator Solutions, EMEA; and Justin Turner, Director of Operator Solutions, U.S. West office. Combined, the three directors have 54 years of success in building new business, particularly in the travel and hospitality sectors. Their addition to Redeam will allow the company to continue to increase its value to its partners and expand its global footprint.

Each of these new hires has been part of relevant industry transformations before:

  • Martin Harlow, a 20-year industry veteran and recognized expert on connectivity, was at the forefront of the hotel industry’s digital transformation as they began accepting online bookings and electronically automating the management of multiple resell partners. He has been part of pioneering companies that led the charge of solutions that successfully solved for these problems such as SiteMinder.
  • Alistair Blackman also has 20 years of experience in the hotel technology industry, having been part of the hotel channel management solution evolution. Blackman’s career has also included online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Orbitz and resellers such as Groupon, with whom Redeam partners.
  • Justin Turner’s 17-year career spans digital solutions providers including as the National Account Manager for LivingSocial, which was acquired by Groupon.

“Redeam is so fortunate to have attracted such a deep bench of sales and business development talent” said company CEO Melanie Ryan Meador. “The common theme among these experienced professionals is that they have all lived through this kind of relevant technology disruption before. We are counting on them to be both market educators as well as phenomenal new business builders.”
